יליד 1978 בצפת, בוגר לימודי משפטים (LLB) ולימודי מנהל עסקים וכלכלה בישראל (BA), מומחה בהקמת מערכים טכנולוגיים ולוגיסטיים, הקמה וניהול צוותי עבודה, פיתוח מערכי שליטה ובקרה, ייעוץ אסטרטגי ומשפטי והובלת תהליכים במזרח. בשנים האחרונות ליווה מר שחרור בסיוע שותפיו בהודו ועובדי החברה חברות ויזמים רבים להצלחה ועמידה ביעדים שאפתניים. את דרכו במזרח החל בתחילת שנות ה 2000 המוקדמות בהקמה וניהול של צוותי עבודה בתחומים טכנולוגיים לחברות תוכנה וטלקום. ומאז ועד היום, ליווה אמנון שחרור ייעץ והקים למעלה מארבעים חברות ותאגידים לפעילות מצליחה במזרח.
